What's included in my paint by numbers kit?

Everything you need is provided in the kit you receive so you can start painting straight away.

You will receive:

  • Numbered acrylic paint pots -  All the paint you need is included.
  • 3 high-quality brushes for precision.     
  • Reference Color Key Card – Ensures accurate color matching.
  • Reference Sheet - Visual reference sheet

What's the difference between the 'No Frame' and 'Framed' options?

This only relates to canvas paintings.

If you select 'No Frame' the canvas will come rolled in a protective box.

If you select 'Framed', the canvas will be stretched on a wooden frame for you, ready to hang.

What if I run out of paint?

Every kit comes with plenty of paint, and if you happen to run low, simply reach out to us. We’ll send a complimentary paint top-up for the colors you need — no hassle, no questions.

What do I do if I can still see the numbers after painting?

Apply a second layer of paint for full coverage if the number is still visible after the first coat.

How long does it take for the paint to dry?

Acrylic paints usually dry within 2-5 minutes and you can speed up drying time with a hairdryer on a low setting.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for change of mind as each kit is custom-made, however if there is an issue with your order, contact us and we'll be happy to help.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

We apologise for any inconvenience should this happen. Please send us clear photos showing the damage and we'll organise a free replacement for you as soon as possible.

What if I received the wrong order?

We apologise for any inconvenience should this happen. Please send us a clear photo showing the item you received and we will send you the right order at no extra cost.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us so we can help resolve the matter for you.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. If we have already processed your order, we will not be able to cancel it.

What if my package is lost in transit?

We apologise for any convenience should this happen. Please contact us and we will organize a replacement free of charge.

I made a mistake with my order. Can I change it?

We normally process orders within 12 hours of them being placed. Please contact us as soon as possible however if we have already processed your order we will not be able to make changes to it.

How long does it take to process refunds or replacements?

Replacements will be shipped within 48hrs of approval.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval.

Shipping and Tracking

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over Australia.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free when your order value is over $100.00.

For orders under $100.00, a flat shipping fee of $10.00 will apply.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will arrive in approximately 7-14 days.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

What if my order is delayed?

A delay in processing orders can sometimes occur especially when there is high seasonal demand. Please contact us if you don't receive an email confirming your order has shipped within 7 days of placing the order.

Can I updated my shipping address after placing an order?

It is possible only if the order has not been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible if you would like to request an address change.

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

We apologize if this happens. Please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement order to be sent to you free of charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a smooth checkout experience.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways to protect your personal information and payment details. We do not store any credit card information.

Can I pay in installments?

You may pay in installments using Shop Pay installments or PayPal in 4.

There could be a number of reasons but some common ones include:

  • Incorrect billing details
  • Insufficient funds
  • Bank security blocks (try calling your bank)
  • Expired card

What currency will I be charged in?

All orders are processed in AUD.

What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation email after placing an order?

In the first instance, check your spam/junk folder first. If you still haven’t received confirmation after 30 minutes, please contact us at hi@picturanumbers.com.au

How do refunds work if I paid with Paypal or credit card?

Refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method.
